The 1022 Barcode Slot Reader is a flexible reader with visible red light or infrared light sources capable of reading poor quality printed barcodes, invisible barcodes or security laminated barcodes. Its plastic housing makes the unit very light and provides excellent protection for its optical system against performance degradation in harsh environments. For optimum readability the bar code should be parallel to the edge of the card with its horizontal centre line 12.5mm from the edge, and there should be some white-space at either end. The PC/Keyboard version has a mini-din 6 pin Y cable keyboard interface, and is powered by the interface. Click here for details |
