EasyTime: Multiple Reader Controller Ref: 200014
This controller allows connection of more than one reader (200015) to EasyTime (Version 2), and also allows readers to be some distance from the EasyTime PC. The controller can buffer and time/data stamp more than a thousand card swipes - and can run independently from the EasyTime PC. The readers are connected using the RS485 protocol over standard CAT-5 cable.

EasyTime: Remote Reader Controller Ref: 200020
A lower cost alternative to the Multiple Reader Controller which permits the connection of up to a maximum of 3 swipe readers (200015) to a single EasyTime system. Unlike the Multiple/Remote Reader Controller it does not provide backup storage of clockings. The readers are connected using the RS485 protocol over standard CAT-5 cable.

EasyTime: Reader Wall Box Ref: 200019
A slimline white plastic wall box:

- either with cut-outs for an EasyTime Reader's data connector and screws, that allows it to be mounted on a wall

- or blank for easy connection of an EasyTime Display Reader.

Both versions have 3 blanked holes for surface mount trunking to the top and sides, and six cable exit points at the bottom. There are clips inside to make the EasyTime extension cable captive.

There are options that allow point to point serial connection via CAT5 structured cabling:

- either an internal RJ45 socket complete with a matching socketed DB9 (COM1) connector for a standard single EasyTime Reader

- or a set of 3 RJ45 sockets for the RS485 readers vcomplete with a further option including a smart DC socket for correct connection of a local power supply for display or distant readers.

N.B. with the standard single reader version connections made with this wall box must be kept within RS232 distance limits.
