eLog+ uses i-buttons for simple and secure transfer of clockings and set-up information between intelligent terminals and a Windows system. No data cabling is required. eLog provides a solution for the automation of employee attendance recording at the place of work. It comprises an eLog+ terminal, a set of 25 employee i-buttons, an i-button reader/writer for the PC and a simple yet effective software package for recording and managing employee and attendance data.
e-Log+ is ideally suited for companies with flexible working practices - e.g. service companies such as restaurants, caterers, venues etc.
Rounding rules can be applied per employee or group of employees without the need to define shifts - but with rounding rules for 'grace' periods.
Recording of holiday absence on a calendar per employee in hours/days with annual balance reporting.
Recording of sickness days on a calandar per employee.
Recording of maternity leave days on a calendar per employee.
Automatic deduction of pre-defined unpaid break time, per employye or group of employees using user definable rules.
As this eLog+ package is an "offline" system it will not provide reports such as Roll Call etc in real time - the trade-off is that it requires no cabling and is ideal for remote locations or where cabling is difficult. If you require on-line reporting then please contact us to discuss this further, there are on-line options available.
Please note that eLog+ terminals are made to order and so you should allow a lead time of upto 1-2 weeks. All eLog+ products are shipped direct from the UK manufacturer using a chargeable next day service (please select next day at the delivery option).
We strongly suggest that you take out Software Maintenance (which gives upgrades and 0845 access to the manufacurers help desk) and Hardware Maintenance for a next business day terminal swap-out service. Otherwise software support is available by e-mail only and terminals are covered by a 12-month return to base warranty.
